    The Coverholder is fully administered by Trust Re under a servicing contract which provides underwriting, claims management, reporting and infrastructure.

    We place great importance on addressing customer complaints. We have established channels to allow you to express your complaints.

    • Call us at +973 17 517 317 (Our regular business hours are from 9AM to 5 PM, Sunday through Thursday);
    • Write formally to our Complaints Officer, 1902, Building 125, Road 1702, Diplomatic Area 317, Manama, Bahrain; or email us at Compliance@trustimco.com; or
    • Submit your complaint through the below “Complaint Form”.

    Complaints Acknowledgements

     

    The Company will ensure that every complaint receives a formal written acknowledgement containing an expectation of when they will receive a response and the person dealing with.

     

    Unsatisfied Complaints

     

    If you are not satisfied with the Company’s final response, you have the right to submit your complaint case directly to the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), Consumer Protection Unit, within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the Company’s final response via the following channels:
